TERMS, CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY WAIVER

By submitting my information, purchasing a club membership and participating on the REVOLVER FC organized activities I agree for my self to the following.

1. I agree to observe and abbey all posted rules and warning, and futher agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by REVOLVER FC, or the employees, representative or agents of REVOLVER FC.
2. I recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the above describe actitiviy and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to my self and further release and discharge REVOLVER FC for injury, loss or damage arising out of my own participation in REVOLVER FC’s programs or use of facilities. Either caused by my self, REVOLVER FC or other third parties.
3. I agree to indemnify and defend REVOVOLVER FC against claims, causes of action, damages, judgment, cost or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my participation of REVOLVER FC’s programs or use of third party facilities.
4. I agree to pay for all damages to the third party facilities that REVOLVER FC my offers its programs caused by my negligent, reckless or willful actions.
5. Any legal equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under Florida Law
6. Revolver Football Club is a member of the Central Florida League, which is affiliated member of the Florida State Soccer Association belonging to the Region 3 of the United States Adult Soccer Association. Your club membership fees are contributions to this non-profit organization. Your club membership is not guaranteed until you have paid your membership fees in full and agreed to the terms and conditions of our club membership. Club Rules of Conduct1- Club members must maintain a respectful attitude towards other club members, coaches, CFLS officers and referees.2- Club member must recognize that the Club is intended to provide a fun, competitive and well-organized soccer environment.3- Un-sportsmanship like actions such as, verbally or physically assaulting another player, referee or anyone during a club event will attribute membership termination.4- All equipment and uniforms are property of Revolver Football Club unless otherwise advised. Revolver Football Club, officers and management are not liable for any loss during any club activity. You play at your own risk. By making your monetary contribution to the club you are accepting all the terms and conditions. For our recreational adult pick up league program, development program, & 8COED Team's all fees are nonrefundable. For competitive teams participating in the CFSL once your player pass has been produced all fees are nonrefundable no exceptions.
