Our story
I started Revolver FC in 2007 because I wanted to keep playing soccer as an adult in an organized, friendly and safe environment.
My story is a lot like many adult players’. We played youth soccer, maybe college like I did, and then we stopped because of family, jobs or a lack of places to play.
Before Revolver FC, I played with other teams in the Orlando area, but they didn’t give me what I was looking for. I figured that if I wanted a quality program to enjoy soccer again, others did too. So I rented a few fields, built a website, and started holding practices and games. More and more people joined.
Soon it was clear we needed programs for every skill and commitment level. Today that means recreational leagues for players getting back into the game, and pickup soccer for anyone who just wants to show up and play.
It’s been a learning experience with bumps along the way, but the club is still here, and we’ll keep helping adults from all walks of life enjoy the beautiful game.
